李秉宪（Lee Byung Hun），艺名"L.JOE"，1993年11月23日出生于韩国。韩国歌手。 2010年初通过选秀进入TOP Media，同年七月以组合Teen Top成员之一的身份出道，在队内担当rapper。 2011年初发行了单曲辑《TRANSFORM》；2011年7月发行了首张迷你专辑《Roman》；2012年2月，发行迷你二辑《It's》回归并凭借主打歌《要疯了》收获首个一位，三个月后以迷你三辑《aRtisT》再次回归；2013年Teen Top开启了欧洲四国五地巡演，成功落幕后携正规一辑《NO.1》回归。时隔半年又以迷你四辑回归，主打曲《没开玩笑》的华丽曳步舞受到一致好评。
