Loso - An Incredible Thai Rock Band Fronted by singer, guitarist & composer Seksan Sukpimai, Loso was a Thai rock band formed in 1994 in Bangkok, Thailand. It is one of the first Thai bands that accomplished success in international music, played at several festivals like South By Southwest, Glastonbury, and many more. In a span of just one year of its foundation, Sek wrote 10 songs and recorded the tracks in 1995 with bassist Pirath Sukkhajitr and drummer Kittisak Khotkam. The tracks were sent as a demo to Asanee Chotikul who was part of the renowned Asanee-Wasan - Thai Rock Duo. Lo Society, Their demo tape that sold 1.5 million copies, was released as an album in 1996 on Asanee's indie record label and distributed by Thailand's biggest record company GMM Grammy. Loso Albums and Popular Hits Post its debut, Loso released eight more albums that were much loved by fans and also gained “platinum" status on the RIAA certification scale. Among the amazing list of songs, the Loso released Som Sarn was the most popular that featured an acoustic guitar intro that is hugely recognized in Thailand. There was a major change in the Band's line up on the demise of Apirath, and Nattaphon "Klang" Suntharaanu took his place. In 2002, soon after the release of live album Loso Concert, the Loso band broke up and Sek Loso decided to go solo while Kittisak and Apirath formed a new band, named Fahrenheit. As a solo, Sek released his debut album in 2003 - 7 August, he sang with the veteran singer luk thung and Bird McIntyre for Bird Sek, which was a hit in 2004. Some hits Loso gave to the music industry and are widely enjoyed - The Heart Ordered, Pantip, Fighter Smile, Idiot, Rain on the Window and many more.
