The music style is a blend of math rock, jazz, sampling, and vibrant sound design, with rich and easily accessible arrangements, creating a distinctive sweet pop style. Due to its unique musical style, Sweet John has been invited to collaborate with various artists such as Waa Wei, ?te, and Jiao Mai qi. Their song "Spark Fades" was selected as the ending theme song for a series on Netflix.
